This Lotion Bar is scented with Tonka bean. The Tonka bean comes from the Tonka tree which grows in warm, damp, and tropical climates of South America.
The unisex scent of Tonka bean is warm, sweet, and comforting, often described as a complex and inviting aroma. The primary characteristic of Tonka bean's scent is its delicate sweetness. It is described as rich and creamy, with a slightly spicy undertone.
The Tonka bean carries notes of almond and marzipan, adding a nutty dimension to its scent profile (Although not considered a nut).
The subtle cinnamon, caramel, and warm woody undertones create a sense of comfort and coziness. It has a soothing quality that is often associated with feelings of relaxation.
The addition of arrow root powder leaves your skin feeling smooth and silky.

This is my 2nd purchase from Boujee Butter Bars. My initial purchase was for the Tonka Bean Butter Creme which was absolutely WonderFull. I decided to try the Tonka Bean Lotion Bar, and I was not disappointed! For starters, the Bar is so artfully designed that it's almost a shame to use it. The tin is well made with a lid that twists on securely. The texture of the bar is lighter than that of the Butter Creme. The scent is ever so slightly different. I, personally, detect a very light floral scent. Perhaps, Kari uses Tobacco Flower, hence , tobacco/ smokey is listed in the scent profile. I could be wrong. Kari, if so, please forgive and correct me. Your products are that of a professional. Your packaging is secure, and your shipping time was phenomenal!
